Shargh Cement Company commenced its operations in 1973 under the name Concrete Roof Plant as one of the internal units of Shargh Cement. The plant is located at kilometer 5.3 of the Mashhad–Quchan road, and its activities include the production of various concrete and cement products, mineral exploration and exploitation, as well as cooperation with related industrial companies.
The company’s product portfolio includes paving stones, joists, ready-mix concrete, blocks, curbstones, and walls.

- Fabrication and installation of equipment including steel structures, preheater unit, silo, cooler stack and chimney, cooling tower, and mechanical elevator totaling over 1,700 tons
