Project Description

Razi Petrochemical Complex is the largest producer of ammonia, urea fertilizer, sulfuric acid, and sulfur in Iran, and the only producer of phosphoric acid and diammonium phosphate (DAP) fertilizer in the country. The first phase of the complex was commissioned in 1970, and it currently has a production capacity of approximately 2.4 million tons per year, which will exceed 3 million tons upon completion of ongoing development projects. The products of the complex are supplied to meet domestic demand as well as exported to international markets.
