Project Description

Marun Petrochemical Company was established in 1998 with the objective of implementing the Seventh Olefin Project. With an annual production capacity of 1.1 million tons of polyethylene, this project is ranked among the largest olefin units in the world. For the first time in Iran, ethane extracted from natural gas is processed in this complex through advanced technologies into olefinic materials, polymer products, and chemical derivatives.

Industrial Operations Description
Contract Period: 2009–2012
- Landscaping and concreting of the product warehouse and chemical warehouse with an area of 14,000 square meters
- Construction of warehouse shed, building, and fencing with an area of 1,500 square meters, including all civil and architectural works
- Construction of the complex parking area with space frame and tensile fabric structures
- Construction of a supplies warehouse and packaging & safety building with an area of 4,500 square meters
- Construction of a concrete tank with a capacity of 6,000 cubic meters
