Project Description

PetroPaalayesh Kangan Company, in order to recover the ethane feed from South Pars Phase 12, was designed and inaugurated in February 2021 with the following products. The second phase of this project aims to complete the value chain of the company’s products, including: Olefin Unit, Two Heavy Polyethylene Units, LLD, and PDH/P.P Units.

Industrial Operations Description
Contract Period: 2017 – Present
Execution of 5 Contracts from 2017 to Present for Completion of Phase 1 and 2 of Plants and HDPE Transmission Lines.
- Installation of 3,000 Tons of Mechanical Equipment (Reactors, Towers, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, and Packages) in the Utility Section
- Piping of 520,000 Inches (Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel) with Finishing, Insulation, and Testing Operations
- Installation of 6,000 Instrumentation Devices and 15,000 Transformers and Panels
- Cabling of 2,300 Kilometers in Utility and Process Sections
- Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Assistance of PetroPaalayesh Kangan Company Units

Description of Civil Works
Contract Period: 2017 – Present
- 46,000 Cubic Meters of Concrete Pouring and 21,000 Square Meters of Architectural Works, Including Control Room, Power Substation, and RO Unit Buildings
- Execution of Concrete Structure for Cooling Tower (Phase 2) and Two-Story Laboratory Building
- Construction of 7-Story Guesthouse Building
- Finishing Works of the Ethane Recovery Project, Including: Construction of Ditch, Electrical and Instrumentation Trenches, Concrete Pipe Rack, Manholes, Valve Pits, and Landscaping; Installation of Equipment Foundations and Perimeter Stone/Concrete Walls (4,000 Meters)
