Project Description
The ABS/Rubber Production Project, with a capacity of 200,000 tons of ABS and 60,000 tons of Rubber per year, is being implemented in the Asalouyeh Special Economic Zone using advanced technology from Versalis and Tecnimont. This complex will be capable of producing 9 grades of ABS and 7 grades of Rubber exclusively in Iran. Half of the Rubber production will be used as internal feed for the unit, while the remainder will be supplied to the market. By utilizing state-of-the-art technical knowledge, this project represents a significant step in the development of the country’s polymer industry.

Complete Execution of Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation Works for the Completion of the Padjam Polymer Complex
- Installation of 1,000 Mechanical Equipment Units (Reactors, Towers, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, and Packages)
- Piping of 520,000 Inches (Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel) with Finishing, Insulation, and Testing Operations
- Installation of 6,000 Instrumentation Devices and 15,000 Transformers and Panels
- Installation of 7,600 Instrumentation Devices, 145 Transformers and Panels, and 1,200 Kilometers of Cabling
- Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Assistance of ABS, Rubber, ACN, and Common Units Since 2021
