The management, in order to achieve the above objectives, has based the company’s policies and activities on the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards, and consistently provides the necessary resources for its fulfillment.
Employees are considered the company’s most valuable asset and are responsible for realizing the objectives of the quality policy. They are obliged to implement it and continuously take the necessary actions to maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
Management ensures awareness of the quality policy, programs, and objectives among personnel through briefing sessions, by reviewing audit results, and by considering managers’ feedback in various meetings, including management review sessions. If required, the policy will be revised accordingly.
